Conceptual Brands FAQ’s:

 

  • Returns and Refunds:
    • Conceptual Brands will happily replace any stock incorrectly sent or damaged in transit. The stock will be replaced at our expense and collection of any incorrect or damaged goods will be arranged by us where we see fit.
    • We do not issue refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
    • Where the product may be deemed faulty, the buyer can choose for an exchange or refund.
    • Customers must notify Conceptual Brands of any damaged or incorrect goods within 7 days.

 

  • Delivery Timeframe:
    • Orders will be processed within 24hours and goods will be dispatched within 48hours of the time order is received.
    • Estimated delivery for QLD + NSW metro is 2-3 days and VIC, SA and regional locations up to 5 working days.

 

  • Account Setup:
    • In order to use our online store, accounts will need to be set up through head office. We are strictly trade only and only supply professional salons.
    • To apply for an online account, please contact head office on 1300 110 032.
    • Online accounts are usually activated within 24hours of successful application
