ATTENDEE REQUIREMENTS
Attendees are responsible for bringing all tools and equipment as required.
Where catering is provided, it is the attendee's responsibility to advise Conceptual Brands of dietary requirements upon making their booking. We may not be able to cater on short notice or if the supplier can’t meet your needs.
MODEL REQUIREMENTS
Attendees are responsible for organising their own models and are required to ensure they are appropriate as per the workshop guidelines.
We recommend using your local Facebook group ‘Hair & Beauty Models’ to source models.
Lunch will not be provided for models.
HEALTH & SAFETY
All attendees and models are required to wear enclosed footwear (thongs and sandals are worn at your own risk).
No guests (excl model) are to be brought along to the workshop; this includes children and babies.
PAYMENT METHOD
Two payment options are
available for Conceptual Brands Education (excl events):
Book & pay on Conceptual Brands website; available forms of payment are credit/debit card or After Pay.
Charge to your Conceptual Brands credit account. This can only be authorised by the person(s) whose name(s) appears on the account.
For workshops with a redeemable fee on
account, this will be credited to your account within 48 hours post the workshop
CANCELLATIONS
Any Education booking cancellation
requests are to be directed via email to edu@conceptualbrands.com.au, or
call your Conceptual Brands Representative, referencing workshop name anddate.
REFUNDS
A full refund is
granted for bookings who cancel with more than fourteen (14) days' notice
prior to the workshop commencement date. Bookings with seven (7) or more
days' notice will receive 50% refund, and less than seven (7) days are NOT
entitled to any refund. This policy applies to bookings that have been
charged ‘on account’.
All education workshop
bookings are NOT transferrable to any other Conceptual Brands event or
workshop. The refund policy will apply.
Bookings can be
transferred to another person. Where less than fourteen (14) days’ notice
is given, it is the responsibly of the attendee who made the booking to
arrange transfer of payment.
No refunds will be
given for absenteeism or no shows.
For workshops that are
redeemable on products, if the attendee is absent or did not show, they
will not be eligible to redeem the products on account.
ILLNESS
In the event a
participant being too ill or injured to attend a workshop or event, a
refund will only be available upon presentation of a medical certificate
from a qualified medical doctor.
Medical Certificates
must be received within seven (7) days of the workshop date.
EDUCATION WORKSHOP CHANGES
Conceptual Brands
reserves the right to postpone or cancel any workshop that does not
achieve its enrolment targets, in which case fees will be fully refunded
or transferred to another workshop.
In the event a workshop
is cancelled, a minimum of 7 days' notice will be given all attendees.
Conceptual Brands holds
no responsibility for costs associated with travelling to a workshop. We recommend
booking flights and accommodation with airlines & hotels with a
cancellation policy that will provide a full refund or credit.
CB SELECT TERMS & CONDITIONS
All general Education
Terms & Conditions apply to CB Select memberships.
There are strictly
limited spots available to redeem CB Select points. Once the allocation is
exhausted, you may book additional spots via the payment methods stated
above.
A maximum of two (2)
bookings, per salon, per workshop can be used for CB Select points.
CB Select points must
be current and not expired.
